| UPS Ground shipping is free on all orders over $50.00 and takes approximately 5-7 business days to receive. UPS Ground shipping is available to the 48 Continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO orders cannot be shipped ground. |

| Overnight and 2-Day Shipping |
| Overnight 2day and 3 day shipping is available also from UPS. All airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential
deliveries. We have no control over this, and airfreight charges will not be refunded for this reason. To view schedules and transit times for your delivery zip
code visit the UPS web-site. All orders must be received by 4PM EST for same day processing. On orders shipped Overnight or 2nd Day, all shipping
carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and air-shipping charges will not be
refunded for this reason. |

| APO, FPO, PO Box Shipping |
| APO and FPO orders are shipped using US Express Mail or US Priority Mail only. Normal delivery time for US Express Mail is 7-10 business days from the
date of order. Expected delivery time for US Priority Mail is 10-24 business days from the date of order. Shipping and handling for APO/FPO orders is
charged on a separate invoice after the weight and dimensions are calculated. All APO/FPO orders get shipped UPS Ground (3-4 business days) to our NC
location first for processing. There is a $12.95 handling fee on all APO/FPO orders to ensure your order arrives in good condition. Sorry, we do not ship to
PO Box addresses in the Continental 48 States. All orders being shipped to a PO Box address not located in the 48 Continental States are shipped exactly as
an APO/FPO order. |

| Return Procedure |
| To return a core or part(s) please email us at returns@lawsonsclub.com. We need your order number, name, email address and the part number you wish to
return along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased
and the full name in which the order was placed. All RMA numbers are emailed usually the next business day, along with shipping information. No returns
will be accepted without an RMA number. If the RMA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you. All returns must be
postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as
a result of insufficient packing materials. |

| Return Policy |
| Within 14 business days of placing your order from Lawson's Club you may return any core or wrong part(s). No returns will be accepted after 14 business
days. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation or any other reason. Parts that have been
installed are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, rental car
expenses or any other expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any part purchased from Lawson's Club.
Please Note: Service manuals, CD ROMs, Special-order Products, and Auto Body Parts are not returnable for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable if
plugged in or unsealed for any reason. |

| Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent
shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged package, do not accept the package, have the carrier immediately return to
sender. If the carrier has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the carrier and have the package returned to sender. We are not
responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 14 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the
above occurs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the carrier. |

| Acceptance of a return by (Quality Imported Parts, dba lawsonsclub.com does not necessarily indicate that a credit for the returned merchandise will be issued. |

| All returns, excluding cores, are subject to a non-refundable 15% restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error. |

| Refunds |
| Refunds for returns or cores normally take 14 days to process and credit from the date we receive your return. Once the core or part is received we
forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund
will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive"credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that
your bank may take 2-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days, you have still not received a credit please e-mail the
returns department at returns@lawsonsclub.com, for the fastest response. |

| Warranty Policy |
| All parts and accessories carry a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty is for the replacement of the item only. Not
covered are incidental expenses, such as freight, labor, other materials necessary for the replacement of the item, or any other expense(s). |

| Cancellation Policy |
| Please place orders carefully. Review all necessary scenarios before placing orders. Is the vehicle information correct? Have I specified the correct
shipping method, etc? Since all orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately after the order is confirmed the window
of opportunity to cancel an order is VERY limited. All orders must be canceled BEFORE you receive the Invoice - Payment accepted e-mail. No orders can be
canceled after payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment. All orders placed from Friday after 5PM EST – Monday
9AM EST cannot be canceled, as they are processed over the weekend for shipment. |

4. We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient or any other party in a vulnerable position either
financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-
mail address has been given. We will not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order.
We trust that for the majority of orders it will not be necessary to even consider cancellation but this will be done should the need arise. |
